Q:   What is the base delivery charge?

A:   The base delivery fee is between $7.99 for some restaurants and $11.99 for some restaurants.

Q:   Where do you deliver to?

A:   We deliver to all local zip codes, your base delivery fee is based on your zip code. If you don't see your zip code, please call us at 328-2433 and see if we deliver to your zip code.

Q:   Who calls the order into the restaurant?

A:   Our customer service reps will call the orders into the restaurant so that it will be ready just as our driver arrives at the restaurant to pick up your order.

Q:   Do you accept checks?

A:   No we dont accept checks, only cash or credit cards. All prices listed on the website are our discounted prices for paying with cash. Use of credit cards may incurr a small fee.

Q:   Is the gratuity included in the delivery fee?

A:   No, the gratuity is not included in the delivery fee, please remember to tip your driver, it is really appreciated. Drivers use their own vehicles, and gas, to deliver your food to your home or office.

Q:   What happens if I am missing items from my order when it is delivered?

A:   Call us within 30 minutes of delivery at 328-2433, so we may contact the restaurant about the shortage. Any credits will be based upon the restaurants decision. Our drivers do not open up containers to verify your food. We rely on the restaurant who is packaging your order to pack it correctly. If the restaurant decides to offer a credit, then we apply a credit to your account to be used on your next order, from any restaurant.

Q:   Can I place the gratuity on my credit card with my order?

A:   Yes you may place the gratuity on your credit card, and the driver will receive the full gratuity amount.

Q:   Do you sell gift certificates?

A:   Yes we sell gift certificates in all denominations, Call us at 328-2433 to purchase them. Purchase Gift Cards Here

Q:   How far in advance can I place my delivery order?

A:   You may place your delivery order up to 30 days in advance.

Q:   It says you offer grocery delivery from Lowes Foods, but I don't see where to select my grocery items.

A:   If you would like grocery delivery please visit Lowes Foods To Go to place your delivery order, and we will deliver your selected items from Lowes Foods.
